Environmental Policy
Capella Microsystems, Inc. focuses on advanced IC design and sale. We are a fabless company and all products are outsourcing manufactured. The major impacts on environment are Green product design, waste management and Green request to the outsourcing manufacturer. Energy savings are our chief social responsibility. In order to implement this policy, Capella positively builds up the management system and constantly strives to improve the performance.

Conflict Mineral Sources Investigation
Capella willingly cooperates with the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) and Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) to investigate mineral sources for the electronics industry as well as to communicate with other relevant groups and organizations concerns on such issues.

Sony Green Partner Program
Capella' commitment to environmental protection and sparing use of natural resources applies to production processes and product development alike. Sony, for example, purchases components only from suppliers rated as Green Partners. Suppliers acquire this status if they meet Sony's strict requirements on avoidance of hazardous substances and can provide proof in an audit. Capella passed all Green Partner quality tests since the first qualifying date of June 30, 2012.
